WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Your Passport
- 1 digital copy of your photo (needs to be 500kb or less and is a headshot with slight upper shoulders against a plain background).
- Bring all Forms sent to you by Canadian Immigration. If you are applying for an UPFRONT medical or the NEW EXPRESS ENTRY MEDICAL, we will provide you with the necessary forms.
- If you are applying under the sponsorship category, please bring your medical form with the IME number.
- Refugee applicants must also bring all their immigration documents, including any one of the following three documents: an Acknowledgement of Claim and Notice to Return for Interview (AOC), The Refugee Protection Claimant Document (RPCD - IMM 1442), OR The Interim Federal Health Certificate (IFHC - IMM 5695).
- Payment in Cash, Debit and Credit Card Only. (There is a $1 charge for debit cards, and a 3% service charge fee for credit card usage.)
- No fasting is required for appointment.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE APPOINTMENT
Please do not phone our office as the results will be sent directly to immigration online via e-medical in 5 to 7 business days. You will only be contacted by us if the results are abnormal.
