What to expect upon arrival at our clinic:
A photo will be taken in the clinic. You do not need to bring a passport photo.
Your immigration medical exam will be completed same day. This includes x-ray and blood/urine test, if required, depending on your age.
Please drink water prior to your appointment, since you will need to drop off a urine sample if you are 5 years of age and older. Menstruation will not affect your exam.
You can eat before your appointment. You do not need to fast.
We use eMedical to send your reports directly and promptly to IRCC within 5-10 days. At the end of your appointment, you will be given an information sheet, which has your photo and case number. You can use this for tracking your file.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
• Please bring all of your medications (actual medication bottles and/or copy of the prescription) and any medical reports you have related to previous medical illness (e.g. HIV, cancer, heart or lung problems).
• Please bring all of your government papers and identification (passport)
• Bring any eyeglasses or contact lenses that you wear for eyesight

What languages are spoken at your clinics?
Many of our staff members speak different languages. We also always have access to telephone translation for any language our staff do not speak.
Do you take blood samples at your clinic?
Yes, all patients 15 years of age and older require blood samples and some patients 14 and under may require blood samples. These are done in office by the Panel Physician at no extra cost to you.
How long does it take to submit my medical report after it is completed?
Your medical report will be automatically submitted within 5 to 10 business days, usually sooner!
Will I be notified with any abnormal results?
Yes, any abnormal results will be discussed with you by the doctor. There will be a $40 fee for this additional visit.
