Lisaks arsti visiidile tuleb Teil teha kopsuröntgen, anda veenivere- ning uriinianalüüs.
Tervisetõendi saadame digitaalselt e-Medicali süsteemi kaudu.
Viisa taotluse menetlemiseks aksepteeritakse ainult Innomedica arstikeskuse poolt teostatud kopsuröntgeneid, vere- ja uriinianalüüside tulemusi. Innomedica lepinguline partner röntgeni osas asub Kotka 12, saatekirja väljastame visiidi käigus.

Для получения сертификата о состоянии здоровья для канадской визы необходимо подать заявление на визу на странице иммиграции в Канаду.
Придя к нам, пожалуйста, возьмите с собой действительный паспорт.
Копию паспорта и фотографию в цифровом виде просим отправить по электронной почте (info@innomedica.ee).
Помимо визита к врачу необходимо сделать рентген легких, анализ венозной крови и мочи.
Справку о состоянии здоровья мы отправляем в цифровом виде через систему электронной медицины.
Для оформления визы принимаются только рентгенограммы грудной клетки, результаты анализов крови и мочи, выполненные в медицинском центре «Инномедика». Контрактный партнер Innomedica по рентгенологии находится по адресу Котка 12, направление выдадим во время визита.

For Canadian visa health certificate, it is required to submit a visa application on Canada immigration page.
When you come to us, please bring a valid passport with you.
Please send the passport copy and photo in digital form by e-mail (info@innomedica.ee)
In addition to the doctor’s visit, you must have a lung X-ray, a venous blood and urine test.
We send the health certificate digitally through the e-Medical system.
Only chest x-rays, blood and urine test results performed by the Innomedica medical center are accepted for visa application processing. Innomedica’s contractual partner for x-rays is located at Kotka 12, we will issue a referral during the visit.
