For CUAET: Please bring your valid passport, MDT form or permit instead and MSP card

Additional tests
Additional tests such as X-ray and blood tests are based on age
You will be given requisitions to a specified radiology centre and Lifelabs for additional tests
To avoid further delay, please complete within 7 days

You will be given an information sheet as evidence of your immigration medical exam.
For upfront medical exam: You must upload the information sheet before you can submit your application.

Physicians will send all the results to IRCC directly
