Next Steps?
Review the 2 steps below and then Schedule an Appointment – we conduct exams by appointment only from Monday through Friday of each week.
Step. 1: Come prepared – please be aware of the following so that we will have everything needed to complete your exam:
Medical Records -Â if you have significant outstanding medical issues, please bring along whatever reports you have which might assist the panel physician in understanding your diagnosis and need for continuing care.
Prior Chest X-rays -Â If you have received an abnormal result on a prior chest x-ray it is often helpful to bring a digital image of the x-ray as a basis for comparison
Hydrate Well! - Come well hydrated – most exams require a blood draw and urine sample. Coming to your appointment well hydrated will assist in obtaining a good result.
Corrective lenses – If you use eyeglasses or other corrective lenses for distance vision, please have them available during the exam.
Female Patients -Â If you are a female patient please avoid making an appointment for Canadian or New Zealand immigration exams during your menstrual cycle.
Medications -Â If you are taking prescription medications, please bring a list with the dosage and frequency.
Step. 2: Bring the appropriate identity document(s) to your appointment:
